Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta McDonough

The property was awesome!!! I walked into the lobby & it smelled heavenly. The property was so clean & in a great location.

I stayed 2 nights both nights in two different rooms the first night rooms was not cleaned to the standards considering the price second night room was cleaner but still not as it should again the price I love the amenities of the hotel I felt very safe the rooms could have definitely been cleaner especially for 200 plus a night the price per night is definitely overpriced in my opinion when paying a price like this especially in McDonough the rooms should definitely be spotless floors was sticky fingerprint on appliances smears as well I travel a lot and I’ve paid 200 a night to stay in a another country I am very particular about where I stay so I just paid it I was tired and exhausted my front desk agent was a guy and he was so great customer service was A-1 I checked in a night can not remember his name but kuddos to him the first night housekeeping came at 9am just put the key in and walked in glad I had the latch on the door I had just got out the shower second night as I’m writing this housekeeping comes knocking at 8:43am if it’s a checkout give people time to get up then she asked what time are you leaving I said I don’t know what time is checkout she stated 12 I said okay I’ve been a housekeeping manager and we did not knock unless we knew they checked out or we waited at least until after 10am I did not check in the second night until midnight so to be disturbed early like that was very unpleasant for me I would definitely stay again but not sure if I would pay this price again
